About Austin Founders Community

Austin Founders Community began with a simple idea: startup founders need a dedicated space to work alongside others who understand their unique challenges. In a city known for its entrepreneurial spirit, we wanted to create a community specifically for founders in their 20s and 30s who are building the next generation of innovative companies.

At the heart of our community is a core belief: relationships are best built in authenticity, and coworking with other founders fosters that authenticity better than any other environment. When you're working side-by-side with someone, sharing the daily grind of building a startup, you see the real person—not the polished pitch or the networking persona. This genuine connection creates deeper, more meaningful relationships that extend far beyond the workspace.

What started as informal meetups has grown into a structured community with regular sessions every Sunday at 2pm. We chose Capital Factory as our home base because of its central location and resources tailored to startups.

Today, Austin Founders Community has become a vital resource for early-stage founders looking to build meaningful connections while making progress on their startups in a focused environment.
